Silence Your Inner Critic with EFT

_According to neuroscience, we have two minds - the conscious mind and the subconscious mind.  Each mind has its own inner critic that can undermine intention, commitment, and willpower.

Who's That Talking in My Head?

Would it surprise you to learn that 70% of the thoughts in our conscious minds are negative?  And a sizable proportion of these habitual thinking patterns are expressed in the 'chatter' we hear in our own heads...doubting ourselves, beating ourselves up for our shortcomings or 'failures', and otherwise judging ourselves negatively.

As annoying as that chatter can be, increased awareness of it enables us to challenge those voices with positive alternatives common to  'change your thoughts -  change your life' strategies.

But we also have a second inner critic...

The Stealthy Inner Critic

_The stealthy inner critic is the communication vehicle of the subconscious mind - the repository of programmed messages and beliefs that date as far back as childhood.  Always in survival mode, the subconscious mind is immune to nuances, the passage of time and intellectual (conscious mind) challenges.  Instead, the subconscious mind is hard-wired to instantly perceive change as threat.

It is estimated that 90-95% of our choices and behavior is directed by the subconscious mind
.  The stealthy inner critic communicates the threat to our consciousness - not with chatter or words, but with emotional charge or physical discomfort.

Together the inner critics are
at the root of self-sabotage - keeping us stuck in old patterns that no longer serve us.

_Both inner critics can be silenced with Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

Sounds too good to be true?

EFT is supported by leading-edge medical and psychological research:

"(EFT) applies to just about every emotional, health and performance issue you can name and it often works
where nothing else will."  Dr. Bruce Lipton, noted cellular biologist and author of The Biology of Belief
